I lost 65 lbs from March 2011 - May 2012!

In June 2012 I got pregnant and gained only about 32lbs during my pregnancy, and had my beautiful baby boy in February 2013.

March 2013 is being used as a "time-out" just to get to know my son and figure out a new starting point for my body as of April 1st. That is when I will start tracking and exercising consistently again.

I'm using Spark's awesome resources and wonderful community to keep me on the right track!

And what keeps me most motivated? Helping others. Please ask any questions, send any stories my way. I will be here to talk!

Concrete goals:
- Post on Spark Message boards daily
- Drink 10+ cups of water daily

My Program:
Track everything I eat - sometimes before I actually eat it. Contributing to the Spark Community keeps me going!

I work in 7 week "chunks"
3 weeks build, 1 week burn, 3 weeks build.

Then: 3 weeks burn, 1 week build, 3 weeks burn.

Keeps the body guessing and the mind paying attention!

Personal Information:
20-something, married, working as an RN in an Addictions Program in Atlantic Canada.

We're had our first baby in Feb 2013, and I'm staying home with him for a year :)
