Back to sparking! I've tracked randomly here and there the last two years, now I'm back at it full-time and more than ready to she'd the last 11lbs that have stubbornly stuck around since my youngest was born almost 4y ago! February 2015: At this point I have two girlies, a 3yo and a 13mo old. I haven't been exercising. Period. Not, I haven't been exercising regularly, I just haven't been. I still have 10lbs of baby weight I'd like to lose (from the second pregnancy, then I have the four I never lost from the first, lol). But more importantly, I FEEL yucky. I don't want to get up and go, I don't want to play with the kids and push them on their cars around the house. I feel tired and BLAH. So I kicking my butt back into gear. I'm following the ChaLean Extreme program again and on day 5 of the month, I've hit all 5 goals :). Full steam ahead! Update: DD #2 arrived 12/31/13, just shy of being a new year's baby. We're both doing well, her sister is adjusting wonderfully and I've learned with the Spark my DH got me for Christmas that I can get in about a mile a day just chasing the two yo and going back and forth changing diapers, trying to potty-train, etc. ;)! Wow; it's been forever since I've updated my page! November 2013: Currently I'm just tracking nutrition as Baby #2 should make her appearance in a relatively short time and I am unable to exercise anymore due to some issues. My biggest concern is how in the world am I going to find time to exercise with both a newborn AND a two-year-old??? It was hard enough with the first one! Not to mention throwing in the two jobs, lol. The good news...my weight gain has not been as horrible as it was the first time around :D So it should come off a bit quicker once this little one comes. Bad news? Double jogging strollers are EXPENSIVE; looks like my running days are over for awhile.

My Program:
Well, no program anymore, lol. Grabbing exercise in 20minute increments when the baby is napping, and taking her for walks on nice days, hiking with her in a baby carrier, and once she can sit up a bit better, we'll get a jogging stroller.
I'd love to do some more 5K's, then work my way up to that 1/2 marathon I had been talking about before I injured my hip in 2010.

    Hi! I noticed your post and thought I would stop by. I noticed we are in roughly the same spot with the same goal! You can TOTALLY do this, I'd bet you can be done before October even!

    I've already lost 20 pounds with SP since January...it isn't always "easy" to make those healthier choices, but once you get started you will be amazed at how quickly you can break those old habits and develop new ones. Just stick with it, and if you have a bad day don't worry about it. "Tomorrow is another day!"
