Fitness Minutes: 15,036

My Goals:
One day at a time... one step at a time... I can do this!

My ticker is currently set to track my mid-point goal of losing 75 pounds. My ultimate goal is to lose a total of 150.

My Program:
~ Use my personalized log daily - whether I like what I have to record or not!
~ Exercise daily
~ Eat mindfully
~ Establish healthy morning and bedtime routines (including getting enough sleep)
~ Meditate daily
~ Participate in challenge teams for accountability and to stay motivated

Personal Information:
In Fall 2014, I practically cracked my foot off (broken ankle, numerous torn ligaments, surgery, immobilized for months).
- I've learned to walk again.
- I have built back up significant strength and endurance in my ankle & foot.
- I am still working on improving even more strength and endurance.
- I'm working on regaining reliable balance on that leg.
