    No not in 14 days, the goal is to workout 30day straight, Sunday is my less intense day and I just run no weights but the other 6days I run and tone..

    Hey girlie-
    You are doing great on the arms! and happy that you're meeting new people. Always fun!
    My yoga retreat was in Costa Rica, and I spent an extra week there for fun. There are a handful of pictures in my gallery of stuff I did. Right now I'm playing catch up with work and recommitting to the trifecta of healthy habits: eating right, working out almost every day, and tracking (and not drinking for a few weeks!)
    Its tough with so many fun things to do in the summer but the bikini bod still needs a lot of work. So, onward!

    Thank you for supporting me through my difficult blog post. I think I have turned out pretty good despite my parents but dang I just wish they would tell me that they are proud, that I have done good. I have been chasing that acknowledgment my entire life. The only reassurance I have is that when my daughter was here on earth, I made sure everyday to share a moment with her, to let her know how loved she was, to look her in the eyes and tell her I was proud of her. I know that even in her short life, that made a difference.

    I barely come on Spark people. I'm still training with my personal trainer. He is awesome. I have also totally changed my aspect and turned my life around. Fitness is part of my lifestyle, I no long count calories and stopped thinking of calories in versus calories out. When i kicked that thought process out, I start eating better, and more often. I plan on going on a Banff trip the end of this month. Life has been busy working full time, studying for my accounting designation, and gym 5 days a week.
