Today’s problems are HUGE! Our God is still the answer (2nd Chronicles 7:14) if my people....... Hello again!! In a world gone woke-amid deception on every level, a pandemic, and new pronouns to describe us, how are we doing? I’m working out harder than I have since I was in my 30’s!! Want to encourage all of us to keep the faith, eat right, and exercise as much as you are able!

Fitness Minutes: 2,745

My Goals:
4/2/16 A FEW POUNDS FROM MY GOAL WEIGHT! TO HAVE HEALTHY BMI.

I lost 40 pounds, then was hit by a SUV and hurt badly. I have regained weight from mandatory inactivity due to injuries, eating comfort foods and medications. I want to turn this around.
Transparency is the key.
Beginning today, I will write down all I put in my mouth By February the 1st, 2015, I will begin eating healthy, once again.

I did ALL of that but the meds really played havoc with my weight, mind, spirit, etc.
However, I did loose all of the weight the meds put on me! Yes! Spark people!!
I have now also lost an additional 14 pounds! PTL


My Program:
Mediums I use: journal, art, fitness and eating correctly!
My fitness was walking, dancing, stationery bike, and floor exercises with my grand daughter who is 27 months old.
Since the car accident, I have had to make serious adjustments in exercising. stretching, moving, twisting spinning, walking, dancing. At times I use chair exercises too.

    Natural sugars like what's in fruit, honey are ok. It's still a matter of moderation. Just don't overdo. Stevia if you can get just plain stevia with no additives (dextrose) grocery store Stevia has this added ingredient in the raw. High sugar fruits, be more limited. Stick with berrys mostly whatever has the lower sugars. I do have 1 banana a day because of the potassium, and just include it in my nutrition counts. But if I have a green drink I like the banana with some sort of berry. I go for whatever is on sale, and then I freeze them. (The berry) I learned this cool trick from another Sparker. You lay them out on parchment paper on a cookie sheet, and put in freezer, until they freeze then bag them. They keep really well for whatever the need, I do this with almost any fruit I can freeze, like I just did peaches.
