I'm 42 years old with a goal to increase my fitness and wellness knowledge to embrace good health, a buff body and lifelong living!

Winter of 2005, I changed my eating habits and eliminated soft drinks, potato chips and candy bars from my diet and increased my water intake. Also, I ordered Leslie Sansone WalkAwayPounds and completed the one mile routine three days a week.

Summer of 2006, I started a walking routine on the community park track. Between June and August, my routine changed drastically from 2 laps per day to two miles per day. I continued the routine when I returned to work, which meant I rose at 4:45am in order to walk 2 miles before driving a 60 miles commute to work. I continued the Leslie's video's and order a set of Billy Blanks BootCamp w/resistance bands.

Winter of 2006, I joined the French Riveria Spa and commited to a routine workout of 3 to five days per week and continued the routine for Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, and May. Unfortunately the Spa is 60 miles away and I have not gone since I am currently on vacation. (Spa is 3 miles from my work location).

Summer of 2007, I am currently walking 3 or 4 miles Mon-Sat and sometimes on Sunday. Also, I have 3, and five lbs dumbells that I use every other day, along with a balance board, stability ball and an 8 lb medicine/swiss ball.

June 2007, I have recorded several sessions from Fittv. - Gilad Bodies in Motion, Sharon Mann, and a few of the AllStar Workout programs. My goal is to add variety to the DVD programs I currently have in my collection.
