Here it is the end of 2013....I've really gone in the wrong direction the majority of the year. I have gained back too much of the weight I worked so hard to lose and was so proud of myself for doing. It's time I take control back and get things back in my power. My clothes have gotten so tight and I refuse to go up a size, so the only way to go is back down to feel comfortable again! I KNOW I'm going to do good things in 2014. My goal is to be back into the 100's by summer. Onederland is waiting for me :)

2012 is here and although I didn't reach my 2011 goals, I didn't go back to where I started from either which makes me very happy! I'm still down over 100 lbs from my heighest weight and am so much happier. I have gotten really sidetracked the past few months and haven't lost much, but I keep trying and starting over, so I'm confident I have made real lifestyle changes and will never go back to being that sedentary person who eats everything in sight. I struggle daily because I am a food addict, but I've decided not to let that define who I am. I know I will always have these struggles, but if you don't lose sight of your goals you can get back in the saddle and make a difference. Even if you think it's hopeless...it never is and everyday is a new day and a new start. I also make sure I keep moving!! I do go to a zumba class twice a week, otherwise I do all my working out at home. It can be done without a gym membership.

My Goals:
1st goal: I gained 55 pounds during my pregnancy. I'm down 30 already, so I want to get the last 25 pounds off DONE!!

2nd goal: to get back to 234 which is what I weighed when I met my husband 13 years ago DONE!!!
5/5/10 yay...I've passed those goals! I'm down to 225 which I haven't seen in 20 years. My next goal....to get under 200 lbs, DONE!!! and that one was finished on my birthday 9/19/10 :)

4th goal....I plan to do a 5k run/walk with my best friend in Sept. I hope to be able to jog a lot of it, so wish me luck! DONE! I now walk 5-6 miles several times a week.

Sept 2013 update: I gave up on myself thru most of this year...and my body shows it. It's never too late to get started again, so here goes. I was up to 221 a couple of weeks ago. My biggest goal right now is to get back to onderland and I'm aiming to do that before we ring in 2014. I can do it and I WILL :)

My Program:
I'm watching my calories...staying between 1200 and 1500. I make sure I get some kind of exercise every day. Walking a lot, zumba class 1-2 times a week. I've been crazy about kickboxing and bootcamp dvds. Burns lots of calories!!Just staying active. It really is the good old fashion way, and it works
