I am a 40 yr old Mom of three children ages 11, 13, and 16 years. I have struggled with weight for a long time. My highest weight was 251lbs. in 2012. It was Mother’s Day. I remember stepping on the scale and not believing the number staring back at me. I had to do something. I was either losing or gaining. But my weight slowly was going down. When the weight crept back up, I would catch myself so I didn’t gain it all back. I had no idea how to maintain. I started going to a different gym bc I needed a change. I began this current weight loss journey November 25th, 2016 weighing 206 lbs. My goal is 140 lbs. I have been learning how to eat healthy, exercise, and stop yo yo dieting. October 4th, 2019 is the day I made it to 100 lbs! I can’t believe it. It’s not always easy. I love food. I want to eat all the bad things, wings, blue cheese, cake, all of it. I am learning moderation. I am currently working to maintain until mid-January. Then I will resume losing. I still have a few more goals: Goal weight: 135-140 Continue maintaining, exercising and eating healthy Fit into my Mudd jeans from college

Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes a day.
Track my calories.

Stay within the recommended calorie range.

Begin cooking healthier meals.

Lose 37 lbs.

My Program:
For now, I am just trying to get use to tracking calories daily. And exercising daily. I am trying to stay within my calorie range. I am trying to drink more water as well. I want to take a month to get this all down. Then in September I want to start preparing healthier meals. I have to do a couple things at a time.

Personal Information:
I am from Bucks Co. PA. But I have moved a few timesfor my husbands work. We have lived in SD, OH, and IL.

Other Information:
One of my favorite things that I tell myself is, "You have to show up for the Miracle." Saying that to myself pushed me to go to the gym on days I didn't want to go. The Miracle is me or you, it's the change that is desired. If you don't show up, nothing will change.
