    WOW!!! Thanks so much for your post on my question about supplements. I am only up to an 8 lb weight. I am so concerned about losing lean muscle if I don't get enough protein. I know too that I am losing bone mass. How wonderful that you were able to turn that around by lifting weights! I know I am doing the right thing by lifting weights but I want to be able to do it correctly. I will check into the whey protein and the soy protein and also a multivitimin. Thanks for all your help and I wish you the very best on your journey. I am going to add you to my friends so we can stay in touch. I know there will be a lot I will need to ask you along the way. I noticed that you eat lots of salmon. That is one of the few meats that I will eat. I love fish but, I don't eat any red meat and only occassionally do I eat chicken or turkey.
