    blah im not doing so well lately =[
    i got tagged in some disgusting pictures on facebook double chin and all, and the only thing going through my head was "wow i look worse than i thought, and i thought i was pretty critical to begin with". Not to mention ive been on a nonstop b/p marathon i guess you can call it lol and i have actually gained weight which was definitely not what i needed to see.... ugh. emoticon

    i'm not giving up!! i did some crunches last night - holy crap i'm out of shape! i'm going to the doctor soon so hopefully she'll tell me how much longer before i can workout again. i'm so proud of you for staying strong this time around...i know it's hard, and whenever i get in that mental state of looking back or thinking how thin i could be by now if.. or how i used to be or being healthy just isn't in the cards for me..you just gotta ignore it, and look forward. think how good you feel today, how its early and you're able to get out of bed instead of being swollen and 'hungover,' and think of all of us here on spark :-) have a great day

    lol i always think of raisin bran when i think of old people food since my grandpa used to eat that ever day. but everyone loves grapefruits! and melba toast is actually low-calorie isn't it? but prunes hmm..i dont know if i can argue that one lol how it all going so far?

    i know! i was shocked about the honey stats too! use just a thin smear of low fat cream cheese (fat free is terrible!) or i can't believe it's not butter spray or sugar free jelly (my favorite) on your toast. we can do it :-)
