I'm back at it again and while I didn't earn the incentive trip was going for, I did make a big promotion in leadership, sell over $45,000 and earn a trip to Cancun. I decided that I wanted to get back to taking care of myself starting NOW. Thanks to my sparkfriend Magda for getting be back on track. I am back to tracking my food and starting to workout at a new gym. Here's to making this the best.month.ever.

Once again, I'm revisiting my goals. After a very motivating Tastefully Simple conference, I realized that NOW is the time to make some changes. I CAN do whatever I put my mind to. I have set some big goals this year with my business and my myself. I'm going for gold with my business, which is our elite incentive trip in Jamaica! (It's called Gold Leaf Executive Club, hence the gold background).

I have also committed to tracking my food here daily and getting back to consistent exercise ( I want to get back to running 3 times/week). I need to lose 30+ pounds.

I have surrounded myself with super positive people and failure is not an option! I WILL SUCCEED!!

Back to the basics. Checking in with sparkpeople everyday to keep me accountable.

My Program:
Stay within 1200-1550 calories a day.
10 glasses of water.
Run 3x week.
Cross train or walk 3-4 times a week.
Positive self-talk along the way!

    Hi! I was planning to do the Never Lose Hope 5K, but I'm not sure that I can handle the hills. I wish they would post a route because both directions to the camp ground are up hill big time! Do you have any idea what it is going to be like? I am also planning to do one on Halloween in Wyomissing. It looks like a fun one.
    The Lose 8 pounds in August team and the 10/10/10 Challenge have been the teams that I have been really following this month. They both started 8/1. I thought the Little Black Dress by New Years Eve would be good, but it's not as active. Let me know if you find something good!

    Good luck-don't you wish this would be easier? I know I do!!

    Welcome back! Isn't it awesome to have this place to come to whenever you need it? I'll have to catch up with everyone on the classic Cranbabes page. Seems like there's fewer hours in the day though and getting to "chat" after tracking food, etc. falls by the wayside. Let me know how you're doing.

    Glad you are back! You're right--this is the place when you're ready to recommit...and it sounds like you are!!

    I am back on WW and it's really feeling good to be aware again of what I'm eating and I what I need to do to compensate for the occasional splurges (and for them to be "occasional" again...) I'm looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow and thinking it will be good if I how feel is any indication.

    I need to get over to Classic Cranbabes...I miss everyone. I'm just so swamped with work. No time for Spark, FB, family, friends...ridiculous!!

    Hello, baby! Did I read somewhere that you're a speaker at the conference this weekend? Go, you!! What an awesome inspiration you are in so many facets of your life :)

    I finished work on Friday and by Tuesday I already had another offer on the table. emoticon I don't know what to do. I was all excited to be done with work so I could get back to working out and then all I've done since I've been home has been clean up vomit. Not the plan. NOT THE PLAN!!!! Once the kids are back to school I'm on it with getting back to the gym, but not if I take this job. What to do?????

    How are you? Are you doing the new BLC? I would have liked to but I just don't have the oomph anymore. I don't know what that's about.
