Last year I learned alot. This year I am going to continue to use it and slowly, smoothly and healthier move the weight off.

-Drink tons of water @ least 124oz a day.
-Eat my fruit n veggies no matter what.
-Walk @ least 2 miles 2xs a wk.
-Ride bike @ the gym 10 miles, 3xs a wk.
-Measure once a month (no matter what contest/goals are set in a group.)
-Weigh myself wkly (BUT cannot get down on myself)
-Continue w/wkly goals for myself that are not for weight/inches/gym related.

Those are my goals for the year....however I know things happen and feelings change but, over all the goals set should be my guidline if nothing else.

I started last year @ 238 (so sad!) Ended at 219...very close to 20 lbs off.
I started @ size 20 jeans...ended @ size 16
I started @ size 2xl shirt...ended @ size Large shirt

Heck even my shoes went down a size or so.

This year I am working on going from 219 down to 199. Jeans from 16 down to 14.

Go from 220to 150
Jeans from 16 to 12

Look as good outside as i feel on the inside

Drink 8 cups of water a day

Save money while doing this

Workout daily as in: Core/walkin/bikin/weights

Eat healthier

My Program:
My idea is to write daily on how I feel and what I have ate and what I did for a workout.

Keep in touch with people who have been there or are just now starting their journy like me.

Try to say something nice to one person while I am feelin like crud during my workout!!

Don't ask if ya didnt wanna know.

I ain't gonna lie to ya.

As long as they look at your chest they will love ya once they look down well that is another story.

Keep 'em in the dark and they won't ever leave ya.

Smile it makes people wonder what ya are upto.

    Thanks for the comment on my blog - just wanted to let you know that I can't get enough of Doctor Who either - and if I thought I heard the TARDIS, I'd run harder than I'd ever run before haha :P

    Hey nice to see you on here too!!! Snow is definitely sucky, you got that right. We've had snow for less than a week and I'm already tired of it!!! I like you goals on the top of your page here... And you have done a great job losing 20 lbs and all!!!! Me, I have fallen off again... I'm so busy I hardly have time to get on spark anymore... Ugh. Gotta get back on track with the food. At least I've gotten to bootcamp a few times a week. Well stay safe in the snowy weather... Days like today I am glad I work at home!!!!

    Mind?!?! Are you kidding?! I'm thrilled - my next three "mini celebrations" are listed below:

    Loosing half the total weight I want to loose,
    Breaking 200, then...
    Loss of 100 lbs or 2/3 to goal!

    Let's have 2012 be a year of transformation for both of us - but keep it up lady - I'm coming for ya! emoticon

    Hmmm - and what will you do to celebrate when u achieve your goal?

    I'm also taking suggestions for how to celebrate / create that final memory once mi've made it back into a "healthy" range - funny as I've never been in the healthy range as an adult... Ever!
