    Hi Karin!! How are you doing? I've been doing really well. I'm actually staying in my calorie ranges everyday. I think that I finally got it into my head that it's time to do this for myself and that I can do it. Talk to you soon!

    How's everything going? I've been doing really well, but I've been having to force myself to exercise. I don't know why it's so hard for me to get into it. Once I do though, I really enjoy exercising. Well, I hope you're doing well. We will reach our goals!

    It's good to hear from you!
    I'm doing good since the new year. I realized a long time ago that I only lose weight when I track all of my calories, and when I stop tracking, I stop losing weight. I had stopped tracking in September, and was able to maintain my weight until the holidays. I gained a few pounds, and I really wasn't motivated to not eat a bunch of junk. So now I'm back on track, I'm tracking every day, even on the weekends! Which I've never done before. And I'm back to working out everyday, I just swam for 45 minutes, which burned 600 calories! I am completely dedicated to making my goal by the end of March. I started on April 9 last year, so I want to make my goal by then. I also put in my current weight (instead of what my lowest was in September) and changed my goal to be 140 instead of 145. I know I can do it!

    Hey Karin...I just started back to work yesterday. I'm glad to be back and to get on a schedule because while I was on vacation I just ate what I wanted when I wanted. Since last April when I started here, I have had little success and have lost some weight , but gained it back plus some. I am ready to make a change this year. We can both get to our goals, we just need to dedicate ourselves to it. I've realized that for me, I just need to be more conscious of my choices and make the decision that losing this weight is more important to me than eating all the junk. I've been trying to think about that anytime I feel tempted. I know that you can get to your goal weight, you lost the first 40 lbs, there's really nothing to stop you from losing the rest.
