    Hi! I've used the Balsamic Grilled Chicken, except I didn't have rosemary so I used basil and it was very tasty! The stuffed peppers. The Zesty Chicken Salad sounds good, but I haven't tried it. I had a really good salmon recipe the other night, but I can't find it on the Dr's list. If I run across it, I'll send it to you, if you like salmon or similar fish.

    Welcome to the 17DD team! We have a very supportive, active and friendly team so please come and introduce yourself. I have CFIDS/Fibromyalgia and I feel better now (after the first 5 days of cycle one LOL), than I have in a very long time. It shouldn't take you long to reach your goal, but you'll find that this is a healthy plan that you will want to do for life (cycle 4). It changes the way you look at food. You will want to make healthy choices.
