    We'll officially begin the challenge around Dec. 4 (dates differ by a day or two depending on your team.) and we've still got a few spots left! Ifyou'd like to join us, hurry over and get your name on the waiting list, or just let me know you want to join us!

    Each challenge lasts 10 weeks. Within those 10 weeks are weekly challenges and exercise. Check it out. We have lots of fun. It might help with the motivation for that cruise next year!
