I am on the journey to good health and college fine :)

Fitness Minutes: 13,065

My Goals:
I've had the baby! So now back to fine :)

My Physical Goals by April 1, 2013:

College Fine Defined:
~ Be lean and toned, but not waifish - DONE
~ Have a 30 inch waist with flat abs (not necessarily a six pack, but at least flat) - DONE
~ Get back down to 140 lbs - DONE
~ Walk a 10K - BEEN TOO BUSY TO TRY, BUT GOING TO GET THERE
~ Do 30 push ups off the toes - ALMOST - I CAN DO 25
~ Do 10 chin ups (to start). - NOPE, HAHA!

Mental well being:
~ Meditate 10 minutes a day - SADLY NO
~ Read one non work related book a month. - DONE
~ Learn sudoku. - NOPE
~ Pamper myself at least once a week. - YES!

Nutrition:
~Eat 4 fruits and 3 veggies a day
~Eat more organic and less processed foods.
~ Create more vegetarian and soy dishes.
~ Experiment with foods I haven't heard of.
~ Increase calcium, iron and fiber in my diet w/o relying on vitamins and supplements


My Program:
1. Cardio work 30-45 minutes a week, 3x a week
2. Total Body Strength Train Strength train 30 minutes 3 day a week or Split routine 3 days a week
3. Yoga 1x per week



Personal Information:
Personal goals not related to fitness :

~ Completing my Doctorate degree - 2018
~ Becoming revolving debt free - 2015


Other Information:
Lots of Loves:
~ Console and computer gaming!! I know that I would really get into something like WoW, but I don't because I have the personality that would get too involved :) I am trying to get another degree
~ Sci fi fantasy novels
~ All the Star Treks, although I don't consider myself a "trekkie"
~ Sci Fi movies
~ Teas, all different kinds, the more exotic the better
~ Computers
~ Bellydancing :)
~ Jazz, world beat, techno, and neo soul music are my faves

    Thanks for stopping by my page. funny u mentioned belly dancing. another sparkfriend and i were talking about belly dancing last week. i guess i need to do it then. i had a belly dance video and loaned it to a friend and needless to say, it was never returned to me. thinking about buying the shimmy series. can u recommend some at home videos to me?
