Well I hit my goal last year and I maintained pretty well! This summer's indulgence got away with me a little bit though, and I gained 10 lbs.

So I'm back again to start being more conscious again.

I'm training for a couple runs coming up. I have a 10k in about 3 weeks (mid-October 2014), and a half-marathon in March. I'm really nervous about the half-marathon!

In the time since I've last logged in, I've switched careers and moved countries! I am now a full time physics teacher and I live in Germany (near the border with the Czech Republic). I am absolutely loving my life here (though the beer isn't helping with my weight maintenance)... but I've met several friends who are all living healthy lifestyles, and one of who has turned out to be the PERFECT running partner for me, so I feel very lucky!

[ ] Learn how to effectively weight train without the use of a gym

[X] Stop being obese (under 180 lbs)

[X] Fit in my skinny jeans (woohoo!!)

My Program:
I'm tracking my nutrition, trying to eat around 1300 calories per day. Trying to burn between 200-300 calories per day through vinyasa yoga and interval jogging, as well as building strength through home-based weight lifting.

    I am, btw, on my second cup, Hee hee How is u doing!? Have u tried 30 day shred? How is your ankle? Do u think there is a video of your crazy yoga? maybe at the library or in a store? Or do u think its not really doable on video? Whats it called again?
    I am not doing well on the loss. I have been maintaining, just not working as hard as i should! , I am super stoked tho, got my new shoes from saucony. found them on the website for 35.00 a piece! YAY so i got 2 new pair! love them. will be jogging today at walking.
    we hav a night filled with baseball and concessions, so i will have to get in my exercise asap! Hope u have a great day. Chat soon!

    Well i have been add it. I am feeling like this isn't working. I only have 2 weeks left before we go to waterpark and i am thinking there is no way i will be wearing a suit. Well, hopefully if i can get to the ymca (it's suppose to b 92 degrees) all weekend, i will feel better! I just want to loose 10 pounds! Thats all for now, y can't god just help me out here!
    Well i am sorry u were feeling down BUT u r back at and that is the main thing! I am going to try abd go out this morning i get done with work at 10:30, then hopefully it won't be too hot for me and the babes to go out.

    Good morning! or good afternoon? Well i don't have a much bigger living room and i do it in there. Just enough to do jumping jacks, and push ups, I think that is the widest u go . u should be fine! Yesterday i didn't do a cotton picking thing. I hardly ate. It is hot here and no appetite. I have had a headache for like 6 days now. Not really in the mood to pound away on the pavement, or anything else.
    I am gonna get out today tho, and walk at least on lunch. Baseball started for the middle boy. So we are busy at nightmonday and wednesday nights, I work till 7 on thursday, My summer is shot already and it hasn't even begun yet! I will checks in later! Have a good rest of your day!

    hello, this morning came too early. Tthe sound of coffee and birds is so peaceful, isn't it?!

    As far as for the 30 day shred all u need is a mat and hand weights.
    I started with 5 pounds, U will definitly feel it. :)

    Today more farmers market, I am planning a veggie grden, of course that is pretty much all i have done. The plan, and prints. I did plan out what plants grow best with what, i just have to plant them, So i am doing that today, have a good day!
    i think i am going to get zumba videos, i love to dance and i did it the y when i had a membership. But i am watching a info commercial so maybe i am just gtting sucked into it!
