    Let me know how the kale chips go...I've made them for a few of my friends and had mixed reviews; some love them, some hate them! Funnily enough, the ones that hate them are the ones that aren't into healthy eating, so I guess when you have the option of eating crisps (potato chips) all day every day, they don't quite hit the spot lol

    This week has been awesome. The whole month in fact...I'm on a 15 day streak already and loving being back in my groove. Annoyingly though I'm feeling myself coming down with something, either a cold or the flu, so I'm fighting it right now, lots of fluids, lemon and ginger tea. Pray for me girl...I can't get sick haha

    Hey girl! SO good to hear from you!!! I look forward to catching up with what you've been up to, and encouraging each other again!
    Congrats on your move to LA. How exciting! Hope you're all settled in now and raring to go.

    So admittedly, the last 2 months of 2013 were pretty much a bust for me. I did keep up my exercise a little bit, but my eating was just off the scale! I recommitted on 1st January that I will just STOP and get myself together, and so far so good! I'm loving this healthy feeling again and it makes me kick myself thinking of why I stopped!

    I'll definitely get back to blogging and posting again. Life is hectic right now but nothing is more important to this.

    Hey girl! SO good to hear from you! Missing you around here. I hope your hectic schedule has started to level itself out?! Just had a look at your recent blog (sorry I missed it). Having no control over the food they serve is so annoying. I wish I had some advice for ya. I was going to say maybe just accept that lunch will be your highest calories meal for the day, and then work your other meals around it?

    How's the new strict gym rules going for you this week?

    Thanks SO much for saying I'm motivating you! It's crazy because YOU motivate me (I guess that's the beauty of Spark eh! lol). You're the one who started me on this amazing 21-day journey which is the one thing that has finally clicked for me! I've never been this weight in my adult life and that's all thanks to you! So emoticon

    We can totally do this! I'm going on holiday (vacation) in 21-days to Ghana and I'm determined to feel comfortable on the beach in a swimming costume. So working my b*tt off to get there!

    Hey! Good to hear from you. You've not let me down at all; the most important thing is that you're getting back on it. I can't even begin to imagine what it's been like living in Boston the past week! I've been glued to the news watching it all and it's scary even from over here. So glad everyone is safe now.
    I look forward to reading your blogs and you carry on through this. I know you already got it, I don't need to tell you :-)

    I'm doing good. Today is Day 21 for me...yayyy! It feels so nice to break it down into these manageable bits of time and just feel like I only have to get through 21 days. So tomorrow I restart on Day 1 and keep it moving. It's been a fantastic 21 days. I've eaten on point, exercised on point, and I'm feeling good and already been getting compliments! I'm not weighing myself for a while (maybe another 2 21-day cycles!) because I'm really trying to test how I just feel within myself without relying on numbers. I'll see how that pans out.
