    Hey Kibs, a late thank you for you comment on my blog! Indeed meditation and mindfulness are slowly doing their job ;) It makes it a lot easier to see food not as comfort but as nutrition and fuel for the body. This is very relieving - even though not working all the time ;) but hey, Rome wasn't built in a day, right ?
