    I love your new page. How's it going today? Did you workout today? Trying to stay cool, so hot in Kentucky. I did my elliptical today, no weights. Thanks for stopping my blog. I am still in shock at my results with Ruben. We all are doing great.
    My son's wedding and school has been keeping me busy, but I love to spark and chat with you.

    As far as intervals, I'm counting my steps and walking 200 and jogging/running 100. I have a go wear/fit body bug thing I wear to count the calories I burn, and the intervals have really boosted those during my daily walks. My metabolism is extremely low, so I'm trying different things to get it going again. I'm going to have really boost up my weight training. My husband says that's pretty much the only thing I can do, that and boost my aerobic exercise and mixing running into my walking was the only way I could really do that. I have done the 30-day shred, but that really didn't burn many calories for me at all. I was disappointed.
