Well, I'm back again to where my fitness journey first began. SO much has changed. Let's see... I'm now a mom of FOUR! Our youngest was born in November 2017. I'm happy to announce I worked out my entire pregnancy; a first for me, and only gained 25 pounds! Win win! Since I gain just water weight during pregnancy, it came off quick. However, post-pregnancy, I have struggled with working out and eating healthy. In fact, I was in a funk and completely lost all motivation. I'm proud to say, my motivation has returned and I'm eager to get moving again...maybe because spring is FINALLY arriving in Montana after a very long, tedious, drawn-out winter. 😂

My Goals:
My ultimate goal weight is to reach 150. I want to have a lean, strong body.

Currently, I weigh 213.8 pounds. I gained a little over Thanksgiving.

GW 200 by 1/15/14
GW 190 by 2/15/14
GW 180 by 3/15/14
GW 170 by 4/15/14
GW 160 by 5/15/14
GW 150 by 6/15/14

My Program:
Currently I am working out cardio 7 days a week (unless my body tells me I need a break).

I am currently doing TurboFire, drinking Shakeology, and using the treadmill.

I also host a weekly Fit Club and do a variety of workouts in class.

Personal Information:
I love working out! It is my addiction! It makes me feel great!

I love helping people and coaching them. If I can help you, please let me know!

I enjoy cross-stitching! I also love reading and playing games with my kids!

Other Information:
Shoot for the moon; even if you miss, you will land amongst the stars!
