Thanks for your comments on my blog. I think I'll do as suggested by one person...a mixture of healthier options with a few of the old faithfuls.

The girls were talking about Brandied fruit at work tonight which sounded yummy..... Well it's fruit after all!!!!
I also made a yummy healthy version of Christmas pudding a few weeks back and thought I could do some of those to go with the fudges and cocunut ice etc.

I have now posted my weight. I was hoping that I would get away with the misdemeanours of earlier in the week but alas no. I think that I'll be out of the team although Val has not posted and that may save me, not that I want Val out. I must qwrite to her. I've not seen her around all week.
I think you are actually doing a really tremendous job and the weight is showing that. I just know that the toning has made me feel better in my clothes and wonder if that may encourage you if you could get into it but slowly slowly.... I think that's the best way.
Must go there's work to do....
    Blessings

Sorry to hear about your injury. That certainly doesn't make life any easier.

How about doing isometric exercises on the train. They shouldn't attract as much attention as other ones!
They may not burn many calories but they will help to tone.
Or you could just say I don't care what others think and do some ordinary exercises on the train. LOL (I wouldn't ordinarily be that brave but I did sit in lectures last week and as i was freezing, decided to do exercises to warm me up. I did sitting leg extensions and stretches and things like that. It worked really well and I didn't disturb anyone although they probably thought I was a bit weird. LOL)
I guess working the hours you work there is no opportunity to walk any of the distance to the train.
How about walking down the stairs at work and taking the elevator up several times???? Every little bit helps...Or taking the elevator both ways and walking around the block. Grab a workmate and do it together. It won't burn as much as 10 minutes on the stairs but it will still count.
Alternatively on these days you have off, go for a long walk 2 or 3 times to make up for the days you work and can't do it. (Start small and build up.)
    Just some thoughts.

    Thanks for the goodie.
I was just thinking as I walked to work how far behind I am on the friend feed. I hope I haven't missed too many of your milestones!
The scales were not kind to me this morning. Maybe tomorrow will be better!
