iPlan meals prior to shopping so I can make a grocery list
*Use Diabetic Meal Plan recipes and other low carb recipes
*Exercise with personal trainer twice a week
*Continue to avoid sodas and cut down on red meat
*Low sodium and watch potassium intake as well as proteins
