Hi, welcome to my SP page! I am Malkcontent's Aria. My Husband (Malkcontent) calls me his "song / aria". I appreciate his love & encouragement.

I admit, I got back to 320 lbs! I am back to about 303. So fighting to lose more. .. considering, yes, In all my time on SP I never lost more than 50 lbs. I am making choices now no matter what my husband decides to bring into the house. I don''t have to eat them!

As of November 2016 I got sick with respiratory infection and impaired my intake of air. I was put on prednisone for multiple doses and yet still did not gain weight! Yay go me!!! I actually lost 10 lbs! I also was put on Oxygen full time. I was ran through the gammit of tests... Pulmonary and Cardiology and all was fine, yet I still had extreme shortness of breath without the oxygen - so they left me on it, and encouraged me to look into Bariatric Surgery - which I started the process for in the end of May early June of 2017.

In Feb 2017 when they did the CAT Scan to check for the Lung Embolisms (which weren't there) they found 2 tumors in my breast!! in April I was Rx'd the Mammograms and in June I finally went and got it done. Tumors found were then called back for Ultra Sound then again for Biopsy -- The "Positive" news for Breast Cancer came 7/7/17. Had a Double Mastectomy on 8/30/17 and working on healing from on as a Port will be placed 9/22. and Chemo will start 10/3 [A/C-T] for 16 rounds taking me into May 2018. The Medical Oncologist says I will be on the "Chemo Diet" so don't lose much weight right now... as I will be losing quite a bit of it over the next months... This really is a struggle for me, as I had been steadily losing weight and I am down to 289 as of 8/30/17- prior to the surgery)

Getting more fit and mobile, tired of being too tired.

My Program:
Eat less Food, and eat more Fruits and Veggies.
Eating a bit more Protein than any Junk I have.

Personal Information:
I am currently struggling with Breast Cancer, Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia and chronic myofascial pain. Mainly working on controlling Food Intake, and working on building basic strength/cardio so i can move, and be mobile again.

Mom of one by birth 16yo Son, and 3 Daughters by heart 18, 16, 14

I have my son 24/7 and have Dan's (our) girls each weekend~ This keeps us very busy.

    Hi--Thanks for sopping by my page. I've started coming back here some--but can never do it as much as before. I'm getting better and thinner, having an awesome time since I retired in June. My baby is a senior this year, doesn't seem possible!
