Hi! I'm a married mom of 2 teenagers. I'm taking a stand and declaring that now is the time to take care of myself and get healthy. I have been overweight since I was a teenager. I was recently diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and had an OSA surgery 12/2013. I do not want to have the breathing machine for the rest of my life and hope that if I can lose some weight along with a surgery, I can get rid of it.

My Goals:
Goal #1 Lose 26.3 lbs (10% body weight) - 01/02/14! On to the next goal! :) Fitbit Flex!

Goal #2 Lose 23.7 lbs (10% body weight) - 07/20/14! Reward: Digital Camera
...and I've regained some weight - not everything but, a chunk. I'm back to Sparkpeople because that's what works for me. Starting Over 11/02/16.

Goal #1 - 25.0 lbs. (10% of body weight) -

Goal #2 - 22.5 lbs. (10% of body weight) -

Goal #3- 20.25 lbs (10% of body weight) -

Goal #4 - 18.23 lbs (10% of body weight)

My Program:
I have really slacked with moving. I will be pushing to get at least 10,000 steps per day by:
*walking at lunch, and as much as I can when I get home from work.
*using the treadmill at home
*getting out the Zumba (that I love) and doing that 3 days a week

Nutrition -- get back to eating having yogurt or hard boiled eggs for breakfast, salads for lunch, and a modest dinner. I will be tracking my food on this website.

Personally -- I am going to start working on my scrapbooking/crafting. I need to do this to feel happier.
