2/21/10 - I am starting my journey for the final time. I have been overweight for the majority of my life and I'm sick of it. Together with my sister, niece, and soon to be sister-in-law we are going to beat this. I've tried it alone many, many, many times and it is so hard. Between all of us we can keep each other accountable. I have two little boys and I want to be able to do things with them as they grow up, they deserve to have a healthy mom. I have "rejoined" SP to help me track my water, food and exercise and hopefully will help me keep my motivation up.

5/8/10 - I am 13 weeks into my lifestyle change and have lost 10% of my starting weight! I can't even believe it, I have NEVER stuck with a program for that long!! I haven't had a soda since February 14 and I don't even want one anymore! I have been watching what I eat, staying within my calorie range on most days and exercising consistantly. I actually thought I would have lost more by this point, but as long as it consistantly comes off, that's all that matters. I have lost several inches and my BMI has went from 54.29 to 49.05!

Personal Information:
I am a mom of two amazing little boys and a wife to an amazing guy. They are all very supportive and my boys like to "help" mom exercise. They are my main motivation.
