    If I can, you can! I'm 46, a high-stress person who LOVES fast food and convenience foods that come frozen or in cans and boxes and bags, and my job literally keeps me on my behind up to 10 hours a day. I've still managed to lose about 165 pounds. You CAN do it. The key is sticking with it, even when you think you've failed or when you mess up. The ONLY way to truly fail is to don't!

    Thanks for commenting on my blog! Welcome to Sparkpeople! It is quite a journey if you just stay with it. Tracking is key to my success so get in the habit even on days when you go over! I added you as a sparkfriend, hope you add me as well! Good luck although you don't need it if you stay consistent on here. I recommend taking the new member 21 day challenge to get familiar with all that SP has to offer!
