I never wanted to be a rebound dieter...but here I am again. After a fairly successful sprint here on SparkPeople, I fell away from this site and my good eating and exercise habits.
But now I'm BACK with a renewed focus.

I know from my previous experience here that I build muscle easily preventing the number on the scale from going down very quickly. I have to keep that in mind this time around, because I tend to be a scale watcher and get discouraged when that number doesn't go down. I need to pay more attention to how my clothes fit and how I feel when I work out instead.

I hope to be able to reunite with the friends I made last time I was here...and I especially hope that I can weather the storms of life more successfully this time!! Wish me luck!

Fitness Minutes: 3,812

My Goals:
First and foremost my goal is to live a life that honors my Savior Jesus Christ.; not to simply lose weight, but to change unhealthy and lazy habits that I have indulged in for far too long.


My Program:
I'm eating between 1200 and 1300 calories a day, broken into three meals and three snacks. I've added more fiber, fruits and veggies into my diet than I've ever eaten in my LIFE and I'm drinking 8 glasses of water a day (most days more than that. I'm a chugger!)

I am doing cardio for half and hour 4 days a week and strength training two days a week.



Personal Information:
I am a 25 year female married almost 5 years to a wonderful man. We don't have any kids yet, but we have been blessed with 3 wonderful little dogs named MoJo, Wrigley & Cubby I am a Christian excited about how God is moving in my life and the lives of those around me.


Other Information:
I am an avid scrapbooker and I love to travel.

My husband and I enjoy our church's "Breakthru" contemporary service and are involved in the young married's group.

    Hi Sarah, Thanks for welcoming me to the group. I just really want to get back into shape. This site is great It get's me going when I feel crappy... you're doggy is too cute, Anthony and I are hoping to get a Min Pin real soon from IMPS ( a shelter that rescues min-pins). I read that you listen to a lot of Christian music, well if that's the case, you should check out Jeff Majors. His gospel music is soooo inpirational. I love his Psalm 23 song... I think you would too =) Talk to u soon!
