Well I've always struggled with my weight since I was about 12 years old I always went up and down at age 15 I was at my heaviest I was in size 14 or 15 jeans extra extra large shirts and I think I was close to 200 lb then at 16 I started losing a bit more weight I think I went down to go to size 10 and 12 and within just an extra large shirt to a large shirt so obviously that was really hard for my self-esteem specially going through high school which I ended up dropping out of as well as great 7 and 8 that I ended up hated going to school because of the bullying and then at about 17 years old right before i was turning 18 I got pregnant with my first child I sky rocketed weight again . Went from 150 to over 200 pounds. Could and would only wear tights and long shirts. Then around 18 I had him in October 2008 then when my son was around 5 6 months I had joined Sparks page my first time after hearing about it through a friend I did all the workouts I tracked my food I improvised as in instead of weights I would use baby bottles with water and by the time my son wad 16 months I had went down to 130 after I had given birth to my first I was probably at about 180 and just becoming depressed so I had to make a change . Then in 2010 i was at 125 to 130 size 1 jeans to size 3 jeans lowest I've been since I was 12 13 years old . Was so proud ! Then I got pregnant .... so this time around I ate healthier I walked everyday to work instead of getting a ride . And I ended up going from 125 to about 145 by the time it was ready to have my second child in 2011. I even wore my size 1 jeans all the way up to the 8th month lol then started the track pants hahaha. Then in 2011 after having her I went back down to 135 then by 2012 I kept back at working out and eating right not to mention having 2 kids under the age of 3 lol . So by 2012 I weighed 110 to 120 and went into size 0 to size 1 jeans and x small to small shirts . In 2013 I weighed the same and was actually able to maintain my weight . I felt great I loved being in small clothes it was awesome !!! In 2014 I started gaining some weight but not much. I went to about 120 to 130 and maintained that weight till 2016. But looking back at my pictures yea I loved looking at a scale and seeing 110 and 115 and 120 but in my pictures I looked sick. I looked like that type of number doesn't fit me... so I wanted to gain more mustle and get a tight bigger booty and tighten and tone my stomach so in 2016 i started working out joined a gym and then tried my hardest I maintained my weight but started to see a difference with the toning thanks to exercises from sparks people witch I had joined again lol on and off threw out the years lol . But in 2016 of September I got a surprise and got pregnant with my 3rd AND last lol . I had went from 120 130 to again like 180 to 200 pounds but for the 1st couple months if my pregnancy I maintained a healthy weight than all of a sudden 4 months before he was due I put on like 60 pounds . And became extremely swollen and sore . So I was sent to the hospital were they said NO I didn't have preclemsia witch we all thought I had but my blood pallets were servely low meaning id need a needle when I go into labour to help me clot so I didn't hemorage and my hebogobins were serverly low. Annnnnd not to mention my blood pressure was high. And I was retaining so much water . So they decided to induce me . Witch I've never had happen before both my 1st two came when they were ready . But I still was able to deliver my last one vaginally and all 3 births I did natural . To each thier own but I am.not comfortable with needles in my back or any type of pain medication . But then I had to stay in the hospital for 4 days because even though my newest addition was perfect.. unfortunately I was not out of the woods yet with my issues that I named above. So after giving birth and the swelling going down and plus everything eles I was at 170. Then by the time my son was 5 months I was at 160. And then I stayed at 160 to 150 then back to 160 for the next 6 months ... I tried working out I tried dieting I tried eating healthy I tried cutting all sodas salts and snacks out I was breastfeeding also no formula with this one . I tried walking and swimming ... And it seemed nothing was working. Everytime I tried to eat healthy or work out I gained then when id just do nothing and eat whatever I'd lose weight. And finally 13 months after having my son I now weigh 140. But I haven't done anything . I still have super thick thighs witch isn't too bad I do want a big tight but not a floppy flat one and my belly pouch and thick arms . Only place that looks like I've lost weight is my face and tummy . I know I gotta tighten and tone it's just so hard for motivation now 3 children later . I just don't know how to get the motivation back. I'm in size large tights . I fit in my size 6 skirt now that I couldn't fit in 2 or 3 months ago past my thighs . My shirts are mediums to largeest and look flattering on me now instead of tight or raising up showing my tummy . But I do want to be my goal weight of 120 but I also want a tightened and tone tummy tight toned thighs tight toned plump booty tightened and tone arms and my pouch gone. And feel healthy and strong and energy. I was considering plastic Surgery for Lipo suction, natural butt injections (from.the fat sucked out of all the areas needed and injected natural into the butt instead of a butt in plant) and a tummy tuck but as you know that alone could be 10 to 30 000 and I'm not millionaire or lottery winner or roality lol ugh I just want to feel pretty inside and out and look amazing and have energy and motivation Also about me My favourite colour is blue I have 3 kids I quit smoking cigarettes over a year ago . I do love a glass of wine I am learning to love myself each and everyday .
