Thought it was about time I changed this section :)

So Im still Hayley, I still live in Gloucestershire and Im still a SAHM to 3 beautiful active children! Im not going to lie I still have some bad food habits but Im starting to see less and less of them these days! I am more active with my children and find it less difficult these days to keep up with them! I have learnt so much from being on Sparkpeople and although I may slip from time to time, the realisation that I CAN do this has been amazing. I may still be Hayley but Im a different Hayley than I was back in April. Being on here I have learnt so much about myself and I am continuing to learn about myself everyday. The most important thing I have learnt since being on here is - Keep going! You are not going to get anywhere if you beat yourself up everytime you fall. Occasional slips or even a week of slipping should not determine how you continue. Its not failing, the only time you are failing is if you quit! I intend to carry this through with me on the next part of my journey and look forward to what that may bring :)

I genuinely believe I would not have stuck it this far without my wonderful Sparkfriends (big hugs and thanks to you all) so if you have just started up or just stumbled across this page feel free to add me :)
