HELLO!!!!! I'm 31 and ready to get this weight OFF for good so I can be around a few more decades and watch my family grow. :)

I have had alot of lumps and bumps in the road, but I am DONE using them as excuses. Even through the lumps and bumps, who can say that they don't have ANYTHING to be thankful for? NOT ME!!! I love my family and I am blessed to have them. I have a wonderful daughter (11 yrs) who is my whole world and then some. I just got married to a wonderful, loving, caring, kindhearted, (AND SOMETIMES COMPLETELY IRRITATING) man who I love dearly. He came with a daughter. So now I have a exceptionally bright beautiful talented step daughter who I am happy to have in my life as well. When I got married, I made a move halfway accross the country to a completely diffierent culture and everything. I left all my (other) family behind and miss them all SOOOOOO very much!!! So this year has been kinda hard without all of them but exciting and different adjusting to my new city and my new family.

Just a brief history on me. My grandparents raised me from the time I was just a little baby. My mom took me back when I was 15 and I'm not sure why. I pretty much just was on my own. She let me do whatever I wanted and I DID. Trust me. I DID... BAD FRIENDS... drugs, alcohol, smoking, men!!! I had a HUGE eye awakening experience that changed my life forever thanks to my beautiful baby girl and I started down a different much better path and never looked back. I went to college and got my associates degree in applied science. Got a great job as a Medical Laboratory Technician, and life was great. Then I got a debilitating eye disease and lost ALL of my central vision in both eyes. I am now legally blind and can no longer do the job I went to college to do. It has been a struggle getting used to relying on others. (I don't drive and I can't read print unless it's like 50 font) But I have figured out ways of coping and why be sad? I still have peripheral vision and I can still see my daughters beautiful face. I can still see her smile and laugh and frown when she is sad. These are very important things to me that I did not lose. I have so much to be thankful for in my life today. Now all I have to do is get my butt in gear and lose this weight so I can ENJOY it all!!!!

My Goals:
A summery of your goals? Exactly how do you summerize that you have a billion emotional issues and 0ver 200 lbs of physical issues you have to confront and LOSE for good?!!! I guess I just did!

My Program:
Really it's a simple process that was discovered a gillion years ago and is very rarely used. It's called calories in and calories out. Thats right, how much more basic can you get. I am DONE with all those fad diets. My wallet is empty and I'm STILL FAT!! However one piece of equipment I am proud to own (and a reason why my wallet is empty) is the bodybugg. If your familiar with "THE BIGGEST LOSER" on NBC, then you know what this is. If not, simply, it tells you how many calories you are burning! LOVE IT!!!

Personal Information:
So, me. I'm from Arizona, and no, not the hot part. The omg it just poured 6 feet of snow in one week park. YES FOLKS, IT SNOWS IN ARIZONA!!! I am newly married to a wonderful man. I have a beautiful daughter of my own and have gained a beautiful step daughter as well! I love my family ferociously! Does that make sense? :)
