Been with spark people for some years now but only just realising what it is really gonna take for me to be who i need to be with reagards to training and eating!




THERE IS NO STANDING STILL. YOU ARE EITHER GOING BACKWARDS OR FORWARD. LOVin' SPARK PEOPLE FROM THE UK.
Think lifetyle change

Will power gets stronger by holding back and not allowing the expression of unimportant, unnecessary and unhealthy thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions. If this saved energy is not allowed expression, it is stored inside you like a battery, and it becomes available at the time of need. By practicing appropriate exercises, you develop your powers the same way, as a person who trains his/her muscles in order to strengthen them.

C' ON Lets do this, walk to the school and DRINK. Stop eating what you don't need to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To run / walk 5 km

Week 1 1 mile took me 24 minutes sept

Week 4 1 mile in 23 minutes


My Program:
A journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step. I'm going one bit a time

Eat sensibly.

2.5miles = 4km

2b=0.9kg

Make dua' for surely Allah hears the calls of the beleivers and make your intentions to do right for your body and for your overall well being. You can lean on my at any time inshaa'allah.
