    Yes! 3.9 lbs gone is worth celebrating! Just think how'd you'd feel if you'd gained 3.9 pounds over the course of a month. It would seem like a lot more that way, wouldn't it? Sure, we all want to lose 20 lbs a month, but that isn't sustainable or good for your body. So time to celebrate for sure!

    Oh and yes - the photos are great, not super fun - but still great to look back at. I started with a front and side photo the day I got serious, and have been doing them at the end of each month ever since. So I now have four or five sets of pictures to look back at. I also have measurements that I take and record (I added some others to the basic SP measurement section). It's great for me to look back a couple months and then I can definitely see the difference. I do admit though it's not super fun taking the photos or the measurements. LOL. But like all things, it ends up being worth it.

    Anyway - highly recommend it! Thanks for reading my progress blog. Hope it helped you reframe your loss this month!
