My Program:
Use the Food Tracker to monitor my food intake at least once a week.

Work out at home with DVDs 5-6 days/week.

Walk, run, cycle or do DVD cardio routine for 30-60 minutes 5-6 days a week.

I live in Oregon and I love it here.
