I haven't been here for a while now. I am trying to find my way back to a happy place . I was active on Spark and enjoyed my time here till I didn't Life became to much . I was trying so hard to help everyone that I forgot to take care of me first . I had the goal of walking the 5k on 6/25/2020 in 50 minutes to celebrate my 50th birthday .

I failed this goal. Last November I had to have Achilles surgery on my left save it as it turns out. it was a struggle to get through recovery. I went back to work to soon and caused a serious IT Band injury. Work while dealing with the stress of Co-vid is a about to much . and well as if 2020 was not bad enough My husband of 23 years decided he needed to leave .

Never before in my life have i ever felt so mush stress fear and pressure on me . I am hoping that i can restart here and find my way back . I have gained about 30 pounds this year and i cant seem to get motivated past my fears to get back on track . Anyone that knows me on here knows i am not the Debbie downer type so please if you happen upon this bare with me as i find myself in this trying time again ,

My Goals:
2015 Fall Exercise commitment and fitness plan !
I am committed to doing all that I can to get back to the fitness level I was at last year at this time . I am committed to working hard through fitness and nutrition to achieve my weight loss goals .

Fitness plan :
workout 1: chest/shoulders/ triceps
Work out 2 : back/ biceps
Work out 3 : Legs / abs
Half hour of cardio daily
with 60 minutes of pool time at least twice a week .

Personal Information:
I am Darlene from MS. I am the mother of two grown sons and grandmother of two grandsons and one grand daughter . I am a emotional eater trying to change that part of my life. The process started out July,2011 at 366 pounds we are getting there . slow and steady is the way of the world.
On June 26, 2013 I met my 100 pounds gone mark weight in at 266. 8.
