    Tash, don't worry so much about the working out right now until you get yourself into a schedule. That's what I'm sticking too for now. As for snacking all day, depending on when your lunch is, eat a snack in between either break and lunch or lunch and dinner and that will help you, I promise that much!!

    Natasha thanks for checking out my blog. To answer your question, just do something every day. Try to mix it up. It can get down right boring doing one thing over and over such as jogging or aerobics. I try to put at least two "play" activities in a week such as golfing with my mom, going for an evening walk with friends, hitting the bike trail with my neighbor. Wed. I simply walked home after dropping my car off for a check up. I also tend to keep my car parked in the summer. Those little errands add up, and if you do them all on your bike, thats more exercise each day. Now I just have to work on logging in what I eat.
