    Thank you for the comment you posted on my page. I am relatively new here and I find this site very encouraging and supportive. It seems I find something new and helpful here just about everyday.

    As far as the zumbas concerned I have tried it a few more times and I am still really bad at it...lol...but Im moving and sweating and thats all that matters at this point.

Remember, an object in motion stays in motion and an object at rest stays at rest. It is better to walk 10 steps or 10 minutes three times a day than to do nothing.     Hi welcome to the site. It seems the weight finds us quickly but never wants to leave us as quickly. There is a lot of support here and you will succeed with the help of others here.

    I agree that this needs to be done step by step and one day at a time. Perhaps you could involve your kids (with or without them knowing) so that they too can lose weight. If you only have healthy foods in the home then that is all you can eat. Also any exercise you are able to do then perhaps the kids can be involved with you. That way you can all be on this weigh loss adventure together.

    I find logging everything I eat is a positive thing to do each day.
