    Welcome to SparkPeople! Sometimes it is hard to find food, and everyone is right sometimes putting your own and is better. My husband and I eat less processed food than we used to so sometimes it takes a little bit of searching but it’s worth it. Just get as close as you can and that’s better than that tracking. Sometimes I have to look at three different types of things on the search if I can’t put the information in myself and I try to get as close as I can. One thing I’ve learned over the years is you’ll never get it 100% perfect but it’s better to get close and not at all. I wish you lots of success!

    Parpaiol1 = I understand your frustration. I found it similar. What I have had to do is to pick a food I was going to cook with, do a google search for the nutritional info on it and then add that information here to the nurtition tracker on sparks - yes it takes time but in the end it is worth it.

    I see you have a sparkpage, how about putting a little about you and your journey on it so that when we come to say hi we can read how you are doing

    Also remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will be encouraged and motivated.

    Another note re tracking your food - there are a number of people here that might be using the same food as you do - consider posting on your teams or here the food you are looking for to see if anyone else has the info you are needing. But a google search I am search would do it - it has worked for me.
