    Hi my friend - I hope you are having a WONDERFUL Sunday :)

    I am reaching out to a few of my SP friends to see if you would like to help me reach one of my SP goals.

    I am working on setting up my goals and I am at a stretching point. So far, my goals have been focused around things that I want to change in my day-to-day life. It now feels like I need to set some goals with actual dates attached to them that are more long term than just for the day. This is kind of scary for me because this can be a real trigger. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so when I set longer goals (lets say a 30 day goal) and I blow it one day, I have a tendancy to chuck the whole thing (my Mom used to call it "throwing out the baby with the bath water").

    If I can get at least 10 of you who are willing to set, commit to, and share with the group your own specific fitness goal for March, then we can all do it together. I will send out Sparkgoodies every week to each person who meets their goal for the week, and we can come up with ideas of how we are going to celebrate at the end of the month for everyone who makes their goal. Maybe each of us could plant something to commemorate our achievement and share out the pics of our plants. That way, we could have a living reminder in our own homes of this great group of friends and of our accomplishment. Or we could pick a day and go out into our individual communities and do 30 minutes of service to others in the name of our success (even something as simple as hanging out at the local grocery store and helping people load groceries into their car). We could then share out posts of our individual experiences. These are just a couple of ideas on how we could tackle our March fitness goals AND celebrate them together.

    I have two other buddies from our 40 Somethings with 50-99 Pounts to Lose team who are joining me and I was wondering...Would you be willing to join us? I really could use the help and support on this one -- it would mean a LOT to me.
