Hello sparkies, I'm a 24 year old stay at home wife/mom. I've been married to my husband for 3 years and we have 3 daughters ages 5, 3 and 2. We've decided that we are done haveing children and I want my pre baby body back. I had my 1st child when I was 19 and before I got pregnant with her I weighed 124 lbs and now after having 3 children I'm 274 pounds. I eat TOO much, I love to eat and I know thats my problem. I eat when I'm sad, happy, stressed, lonely, depressed, anxious...etc.

Anyways, I'm ready to find myself again. I don't just want to be a wife and mother. Don't get me wrong I love my kids and husband with everything I am but a part of me feels like I don't even know who that is anymore...!? and well I'm ready to find out!!
