Hi, I'm Hannah and I use SparkPeople to track my eating and working out. I use the charts to see my calorie differential, the message boards, love reading my friend feed! I live in the Boston area and have a cute little dog. I have never really been "overweight" perhaps due to good genetics and the way I was taught to eat by my family, but I do have a major sweet tooth and can be a bit lazy about being active. So the best thing SP offers me is a way to stay accountable and see my progress over time. It helps keep me healthy and focused on trimming the "Vanity pounds!" I also enjoy reading the huge success stories of people who had SO far to go and stuck with it to the very end!!

Fitness Minutes: 4,808

My Goals:
My goals are to tighten up my tummy! And lose about 8 lbs. Maybe if I can get to 122 I'll reset my goal for 118, but I haven't seen that weight in a verrry long time. :) hehe (I'm 5'4", but I have a naturally muscular build for a girl)

My Program:
Taking it one week at a time - eating right, going to the gym 3-4 days a week to do cardio and weights. In addition to hiking with my dog on nice days. ;)
