Yep! I can no longer deny it. The damage is done and can't be repaired. There is no going back or room for regrets. I can no longer use lack of knowledge at an excuse.

For the past 9 months, I have been on this journey to make healthier life choice for me and my family and, despite all my adversaries in the advertising world, God has given me success AND I have loss almost 30 pounds in the process. So the damage is done. I can no longer use the excuse that I don't know any better, or that it's too hard or that I'm satisfied with my lifestlye. The cycle has been broken and there no repair service available. It's done. Finished.

If I don't follow through now, it's not because I can't, but that I won't. If I loss my momentum, it's not because I wasn't strong enuff to go the distance, but that I quit. If I stop making wise choices, it's not because I didn't know any better, but that I chose unwisely. The damage is done. My excuses, crutches and rationales have all been shattered. They can't be repaired.

As a result, I look at myself each and every day and like what I see! And I like what God has helped me do. And I like where He as put me!

The damage is done. And there is no turning back!
