    Hello, thanks for the vote of confidence. I seem to be finding it easier to make the right choices. We are going to Macaroni Grill which does feature a lower calorie menu. We might share a dessert as we are celebrating my friend's birthday. I know I will only have a bite or two and I will dance it off when I get home! I have been dancing already!     Hi! Thanks for your nice words on my spark page. I feel so frustrated about that stupid scale! I can't seem to keep it down. It bounces around all the time. I'm ready to throw it out the window! I love your waterfall pics. My entire family are waterfall freaks! (meaning we love them, if that needs explanation) I've always heard the last ten pounds is the hardest, but this is ridicules! I should have reached my goal a long time ago! But it seems like I make a major breakthrough and celebrate with fat and sugar! Oops! There goes the scale again! Can't we EVER just enjoy ribs and cornbread without gaining 3 pounds? I'm disgusted! Don't even care if I reach my goal anymore! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Welcome to Positive Vibes!! Fun to see you on the Huddle this morning. Jump right in on the threads, and there will be a new challenge for April that should be fun and a good way to get to know some of the team members.
    I hate it when injuries stymie weight loss goals...I've had that happen too many times. Keep changing up what you're doing, remain flexible and just do any exercise that DOESN'T cause a problem.
