Hello all! My name is Ariande. I have lived with my mom in the twin cities (MN) for almost 5 years now. I just bought a house here in Northeast a year ago that my mom and I share. Before that, I had a gypsy lifestyle- never staying in one place for more than a year. My father was a Major in the Army, and my mother was a truck driver (semi). We were always on the move.
When I was in Junior High and High School, I was always doing track, cross country, volleyball, basketball. I was very into sports and being active. I could also eat anything and not gain any weight. Problem is, now I am not active in any sports, but I still eat like I am. That has long since caught up with me....
As for worklife- I have been in the security business since being in MN, and my schedule is never the same. Because of that, it is very difficult for me to get into a routine, as routines generally involve a set schedule to go by. I also work a lot of overnights, and sometimes do not have the time/patience/money to do prepared meals before hand, so I end up snacking out of the vending machine. As you can see, I can come up with all too many excuses to not get off my butt, but if I don't do something about my size- that butt won't be able to fit in the chair!! So....hoping that a tracking system as on target as this one will finally help me get the pounds off and keep them off!

Fitness Minutes: 6,882

My Goals:
My goals may be silly-
but I want to wear a short skirt without worrying about my thighs rubbing together. I want to buy a pair of jeans without trying them on, knowing they will fit. My goal is to finally stick with a plan so I can be healthy and get out of the "morbid obesity" weight range. I want my self confidence back.


My Program:
So far I am starting very small so I don't get disheartened and quit all together. Drinking more water, cutting out more and more sweets, and stopping eating when I am no longer hungry.

Exercise will come this next week when my schedule is not crazy anymore...then little 10 mintue warm-up workouts to get my muscles in the groove of things.
