1/1/16-I'm back and I'm in bad shape, I've let my weight get away from me and now my body is paying!!!

12/29/08-Ok the last part of the year has sucked! I have maintained but made no progress. I have to get back on track before I sabotage what I have lost in the past year. Wish me luck!!!

I'm just starting out again, but this time I need to make the change. I'm tired of being fat. My husband says I'm perfect, but I'm not happy with my self any more.

I just have to keep telling myself, I didn't gain the weight over night and it ain't gonna fall off over night. (but it's a happy thought)

7/28/08 - To date I have lost 32 lbs. July has been a rough month for me, between birthday and anniversary, I haven't done so good in the food area. I am recommiting to working hard and getting back on track.

Overall this journey has went very well, I don't feel like I've had to give any of my favorites up, just learned to reduce the portions. I have a better self image now and am more active than ever!!!

My Program:
Get up off my butt and move!!!

Eating healthy and motivating myself to exercise more.

Personal Information:
SW MO resident all my life. I have 5 kids and 5 grandbabies.

Other Information:
In order to move past your mistakes you have to keep pushing yourself forward. The only person who is still beating you up over what you did is you and it's time to move on. You are not perfect, that's no mystery. But no one else is either. Set a goal today. Hold yourself to a high standard and force yourself to rise to your own expectations. Give yourself an emotional hug and start focusing on the future. You've learned from where you've been.
