Hi everyone! I'm Rochelle. I am a single mother in my 20s, working part time, doing the best I can to own my own home and do best by my family. I have struggled with weight off and on my whole life. I remember crying in middle school when I hit 150 and started wearing double digit pants, dropped to 120 in high school through severe dieting and exercise, only to blow up again after having a baby. The highest I've ever weighed is 220; I would love to weigh between 130-150 again if I can make it there. At the end of the day; I'm just a girl, I'm a mom, I'm a CNA, I'm trying to make a difference. Not only in my own life, but in the lives of my daughter, my family, and everyone I interact with.

My Goals:
I would like to:

Be between 130-150
wear single digit pants
be a healthy role model
inspire others
learn to cook healthy food
fewer junk food cravings
see "one-derland"
sleep better
have fewer headaches


My Program:
I am eating a lower carb, protein rich diet including one meal replacement shake a day. I am learning how to cook healthier foods and stay away from junk foods. Currently, I use the Beachbody container system and that is working very well for me. 5 servings of vegetables, 4 servings of carbohydrates, 5 servings of proteins, 3 servings of fruit, 1 serving of healthy fats, 1 serving of nuts/salad dressings, 5 teaspoons of olive oil/nut butters per day.

I am walking some and I am doing 30 minutes of intense exercise. Currently trying 21 day fix.
