I *CAN'T* keep getting fatter. I am the fattest I have ever been, including the day I gave birth. I will lose weight. Here are my goals: 1. Getting 10,000 steps in each day with my fitbit charge. I will walk 1.5 laps each day on one of my breaks, and 2 laps on my lunch. 2. I will go to bed and SLEEP (no phone or kindle) from 10-5 OR 11-6 (my body only seems to need 7 hours) 3. I will take all of my prescription medications daily. 4. I will pre-plan and track my food daily on sparkpeople (not with my weight watchers or fit bit app, that's too much) 5. I will get 30 minutes of planned ahead cardio 3x a week. 6. I will do strength training 3x a week. 7. I will not eat soda, chocolate or candy except one cheat day a week. 8. I will drink my water! 16 oz before I leave for work at 7, 16 oz before my 10 am break 16 oz before the end of my lunch at 1 16 oz before my 3 pm break. (More bathroom breaks = more steps!!)
