You guys. My littlest baby is 15 months old and it’s time for me to get it together!! For the last 3 years I’ve been pregnant and/or breastfeeding...and making plenty of excuses to eat like crazy (for the baby, right?)... But now my babies are 2.5 and 1, so I’m out of excuses (other than I’m tired All. The. Time.). I’ve got to get it together for myself and for my babies. I’ve been reminiscing back to when I used to do two a day workouts - elliptical in the morning and kettlebells in the evening. I wasn’t the skinniest girl on the block (I was still technically overweight), but I felt GOOD! Strong! Resilient! Full of energy! I’ve got to get back somewhere close to that strength and that mindset. It’s time.

My Goals:
1. To get some form of cardio every single day!
2. To have less jiggly arms and a smaller butt!
3. To not worry about disguising my belly.
3. To look HOT!

My Program:
Fitness Plan:
1. Cardio for at least 10 minutes on most days of the week. Goal is to get to at least 30 minutes per day.
2. I love kettlebells! I also love the LiveFit Revolution! I want to get back in to this!
