The last time I updated my intro was over 2 years ago when I had said I was at my highest weight, 150, but now I am sitting at 164....not happy at all. I was working out for my wedding and that was my goal, to lose weight for the wedding. Then I literally stopped working out after the wedding, due to an injury and just not wanting to workout anymore. Obviously that back fired and here I am at the highest weight that I can remember.

I have joined a few new teams and signed up for some challenges, love the biggest loser challenges lol. I am also signing up for the gym and hopefully this will force me to workout since I am paying for it monthly and also wanting to get out and meet new people!

Fitness Minutes: 12,361

My Goals:
My goal is to get to 130...then I will reevaluate.

155 - New workout pants

150 - New workout DVD

145 - Dinner with the hubby

140 - Get my nails done!

135 - Bathing suit time!

130 - New outfit!

My Program:
On January 5th, 2009 my starting weight was 147

-Counting calories everyday
-Everyday is a healthy day, no longer taking the weekends off
-Drink as many cups a day as possible
-Exercise at least 4 times a week (no exact amount of time)

Every little bit counts!

Wow UPDATE it is January 29th 2010, and I am at about 139 lol

A lot happened last year, I got laid off, moved in with the fiance, going to school, trying to plan a wedding. I just can not believe a whole year past so quickly without much weight loss.

Personal Information:
I was born in Tarzana, CA and my mom moved back to our home state CT when I was only 3 months old. Been living in CT for 27 years now. The fiance and I are hoping to move south eventually. NO MORE SNOW!!!

    Having a desk job actually enables me to eat more, which you wouldn't think would be a good thing, but I used to never eat breakfast, and now I do. And I just keep healthy snacks on hand.

    The other cool thing about having a desk job, is that I have set up reminder on my outlook calandar. Tasks. Three times a day, I get a reminder...

    So at 11am (before lunch) I get a reminder that says "I want to be a healthier person." and at 3:30, I get "I want to feel good about my appearance." and at 4:30, probably the most difficult time of day for me, I get "It's almost bathing suit season." haha.

    I think considering how many cups you've had at noon is a great idea. Maybe I'll set a reminder for that, too!

    The fitness is going okay -- I had an awesome workout yesterday. The food -- eh -- I had a very alcohol-filled weekend, haha, which is never good. Have enough drinks, and suddenly, the Nachos don't sound like a poor choice at all! :)

    Congrats on three pounds lost!! That's awesome!

    Great job avoiding the soda and opting for the water instead. I'm finally starting to get 'used to' water, if you will. But I still have a hard time consuming eight glasses. And it really shouldn't be that difficult since I have a 'desk job' now. I keep a full bottle on my desk, but I have to literally remind myself to drink it, haha.

    Do you have a 'desk job' or are you able to move around some in your job?

    Hi there... how are you holding up? I know you were feeling discouraged last week. How's this week going?

    As for me... just gotta remind myself... one day at a time. And sometimes one hour at a time, if you know what I mean!
