    Hey girl..my sweetie is well. He is sticking with it but isn't losing pounds. He does not exercise. He walks a few times a week but that is it! I am excited to see you back on track and let me know about the DVD's as I am looking for similar videos. I like dancing! Hope to hear from you again soon!

    How funny you said you gained 14 and remained in the same size, I recently gained 10 and I really don't know where the ten went. I became frustrated but I realized that I increased my weights amount...how amazing my clothes were getting loose...I recently increased my calories and I am losing again.

    We can do this....I am going to log my meals.

    Hi, I started of being 250 as well...when I first exercised it was all tae bo and walking. With tae bo I used two pounds weight. Taebo has a lot of cardio and you use your own body for strength training. I didn't had any loose skin and I am very greatful for that. I loose more inches than weight, many people say I should be thankful but I know by now I should be at my goal weight. But I am grateful for the inches loss. It has been 2 months now that I have implemented the ten pounds weight. I must say that the scale wouldn't budge but I was dropping inches still. But as you go into your program you drop inches slowly and that is what I am experiencing. Right now I have implemented walking back into my program and I am doing strength training 2 X's a week. I measured monthly, weekly measurement made me frustrated. Find a program that would implement strength training. I guess that's why I don't have loose skin.

    Well how funny is that.. we just got home from Washington and I was checking my email and there you are..

    I was doing well... but the last couple of weeks I am not logging anything.. I wish it was summer so I could get out and walk. Maybe we can inspire each other... ok... you start... *grin* inspire me.

    They say you should have at least half of your weight in water daily. And I know the bathroom thing happens in the begining, but after awhile you won't have to go as often.

    I also like lean cuisine's chicken garlic flatbread-like brick pizza, and the smartones lasagne Florentine is good.
    sugar free, fat free instant choco pudding made with skim milk is yummy, with a little cool whip lite or free, makes a great snack/dessert.

    If you imput your goals and projected exercise schedule, spark should calculate the amount of calories to eat. I keep it between 1200-1700. and i vary it each day, keep my body guessing. Also vary your exercise, don't want to get muscle memory and plateaus.

    the last week i've been having anywhere from 15-40oz of lemon water before bed. its supposed to help with water retention.

    So does any of this stuff work, is it right?......I don't know, but its what i'm doing and i add and delete stuff as I go. what works, what doesnt'.
